Submit The Correct Insurance Information
As a pathology medical group practice, New England Tissue Issue relies on the referring clinician’s office to relay the correct insurance information for billing its services. In some cases, patient records may not be updated, and incorrect information is submitted. In these situations, we will send a statement to the patient requesting correct insurance information. If you received such a statement or need to submit correct insurance information to us, please choose one of the following options:
Call 401.214.9111 and speak to a Patient Call Center representative Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Fax Your Information
You can fax correct insurance information to 833.706.2437. Be sure to include the following:
A copy of the front and back of the insurance ID card. If no copy of ID card is available, complete the form on the back of your statement and be sure the following information is included:
- Name of Insurance Company
- Subscriber’s Name
- Subscriber’s DOB
- Relationship to Patient
- Member ID#
- Group# (if applicable)
- Claim address of Insurance Company
Be sure to include the account number, patient name and patient DOB on your fax.

For this reason, various payment arrangements are available for patients with no insurance, limited coverage, or whose insurance may not cover the tests performed. CarePayment is an interest-free, long-term patient financing program. Our flexible program allows people to pay medical bills in affordable, monthly payments over an extended period of time. CarePayment payment plans have no interest (0.00% APR). We are neither a credit card company nor a collection agency. All patients qualify, and we do not impact your credit score.

How do I enroll in CarePayment?
There is no application for CarePayment, and all patients qualify. You may open a CarePayment account by:
Asking a New England Tissue Issue representative about setting up a payment plan.
Your account balance will be transferred to CarePayment. For faster service, be sure to share your email address with the New England Tissue Issue representative.
Once your account is transferred, you will be mailed/emailed details about the program and what your monthly payment will be. If you have further questions, please call CarePayment at 866.625.8532.
Payments are made directly to CarePayment via their many payment options;
Pay Online - To make a one-time secure payment online by either credit card or checking account, please use CarePayment’s Quick Pay website.

Financial Assistance Application
All patients are expected to pay for services rendered as ordered by their treating provider. However, if you are unable to make payments, New England Tissue Issue offers a Financial Assistance Program. Please complete our Financial Assistance Application to be considered. Completed forms must be mailed with the required documentation to be considered. If you qualified for a discount or charity program through the hospital or your provider, send proof of discount or approval.
